This circuit is made with 555 Timer IC. The circuit is a simple monostable multivibrator. It stays "ON" for 5 seconds and then "OFF". R1 resistor and C5 capacitor is specifiying "ON" time.
R1 = 100 kΩ, C5 = 47 μF
T = 1,1 * R1 * C5
T = 1,1 * 100 * 1000 * 47 * 0,000001 = 5,17 seconds.
